How does this work?

Our consultancy engagements usually last between 1 and 6 weeks, involve a pre-qualification discussion to ensure the relationship is a good fit, and leave you with a detailed technology action plan that will deliver your business goals.

Your action plan will be comprehensive. Beautifully delivered in the form of a report, a presentation to your senior team, or both. It will map the way forward for you and your organisation covering everything from people, skills, processes, technologies, systems, products and opportunities.

The relationship need not end there. Our software development team can deliver any new systems that may be required, and a schedule of regular health checks to monitor progress can also be arranged.
